Mining Co. Says Foley Hoag Can't Quit $1.2B Award Row Yet


Rusoro Mining Ltd. on Friday urged a D.C. federal court to temporarily deny Foley Hoag LLP's bid to withdraw as Venezuela's counsel as the country tries to nix efforts to enforce a recently confirmed $1.2 billion arbitral award to Rusoro over the nationalizing of its assets, saying the motion "comes at a critical, and curious, juncture."
