Leonel Fernandez to head electoral mission to Venezuela

Former President Leonel Fernandez of the Dominican Republic is expected to head a South American mission to observe crucial Dec. 6 legislative elections in Venezuela. Officials close to the organization provided The Associated Press with the information. They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.
