Venezuelan family facing deportation granted extension

A Venezuelan family facing deportation will be able to stay in Tampa for at least one more year. Jennifer Infante, her husband, and their two children, went before immigration authorities Tuesday in a last-ditch effort to avoid going back to Venezuela. "Our lives were in danger," said Infante, who has worked tirelessly to keep her family together. The couple's daughter, Madison, was born in the United States, and is therefore a U.S. citizen.
