At least three servicemen of the Venezuelan National
Bolivarian Armed Forces were killed and 10 more were injured in clashes with
suspected militants of the Colombian National Liberation Army (ELN), media
reported. According to the Caracol radio broadcaster, the clashes took place in
Amazonas state in Venezuela on the border with Colombia. "We found out
that as a result of events in the city of Puerto Ayacucho in the state of
Amazonas we have lost three our comrades, while ten others were injured,"
