White House Gives Cuba A Smackdown Over Venezuela

Venezuela’s government, under the leadership of President Nicolas Maduro, has been oppressing its citizens for years. The failure of the socialist state has left many Venezuelans in poverty and rampant starvation. Indeed, Maduro has used widespread hunger to solidify his control of the country.
