Lima Group calls on UN to address Venezuela's humanitarian crisis

Peruvian Foreign Affairs Minister Ricardo Luna and Canadian counterpart Chrystia Freeland requested —on behalf of the Lima Group— that the United Nations contribute to addressing the Venezuelan crisis.
