Senator Horacio Serpa are expected to arrive in Venezuela the upcoming week.
Their visit is due to an invitation by the local National Electoral Council
(CNE) to take part in an international support team for the parliament election
on December 6 in the country. Electoral support groups from the Council of
Latin-American Electoral Experts (Ceela) and the Union of South American
