Venezuela holds election rehearsal without opposition groups (video)

The National Electoral Council in Venezuela has recently held a rehearsal as a preliminary event ahead of the upcoming parliamentary elections scheduled for December 6th. The opposition did not participate in the event, claiming the socialist government manipulates the electoral process and bans international supervision.
