Nicolás Maduro, just like Hugo Chávez,
has not tried hard to rule Venezuela fairly well. Quite the opposite. The worst
thing, for being emulating his predecessor, is that he does not pay heed to any
reasonable suggestion from anyone, as he refuses to take the measures needed to
help the population cope with recession, general shortages and soaring
inflation. And worse still, is that his actions and those of his officials have
worsened the economic and social situation that was already quite serious
