The Cuban Minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces, Army
Corps General Leopoldo Cintra Frias is paying a working visit to Venezuela,
where he was welcomed by his counterpart General in Chief Vladimir Padrino. General
Padrino said that it is a high honor for Venezuela to welcome the Cuban
minister amidst the historic commemoration of the 194 anniversary of the
Carabobo Battle and the constant challenge in keeping on the way to democracy,
justice, peace and defending the project of the Bolivarian Revolution. The
Cuban general visited the tomb treasuring the mortal remains of Bolivarian
leader Hugo Chavez as his first activity in the South American nation. All
Cubans have Chavez in their memory for he was a great Latin American leader and
