OAS' Insulza labels Venezuela's situation as "critical"


Venezuela is currently going through "a very critical" situation, hence, dialogue is necessary, said the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza. However, he admitted the organization he heads failed to bring about government-opposition talks. "Dialogue in Venezuela is necessary, because the economic and social situation is very critical," said Insulza in an interview with Chilean newspaper El Mercurio, published and quoted by German news agency DPA.
