Venezuela is the only country upset by the process intended
to normalize relations with Cuba, launched by President Barack Obama's
administration last December, US Secretary of State John Kerry said on Monday. The
US policy change with respect to Cuba has been welcomed in Latin America,
Central America, and Europe, but the only country "troubled" by the
move is Venezuela, said Kerry at a hearing before the Senate Appropriations
Committee. "This is the right decision," said Kerry about the opening
