Venezuela cocaine bound for Lexington is intercepted at airport.


Two men, one from Mexico and the other from Guatemala, face federal charges of conspiring to distribute at least $300,000 worth of cocaine sent to Lexington from Venezuela. Leopoldo Gonzalez-Cruz, 20, of Mexico and Ubaldino Esau Hernandez Ramos, 27, of Guatemala appeared Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Lexington.
