Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro said
that he will launch a cooperation plan with Cuba for the next 10 years, during
the first visit of a head of state to Cuba since Miguel Díaz-Canel came to
power this week. Diaz-Canel, 58, took office after decades of Castro government
and expressed his intention to preserve the country's socialist and one-party
