The former speaker of Venezuela's
National Assembly, Julio Borges, former Caracas mayor Antonio Ledezma and
Antonio Ledezma of the People's Will party started a European tour with a visit
to France's Elysée presidential palace on Tuesday. They called on the
"international community" to refuse to recognise the results of the
20 May vote, which they are boycotting on the grounds that they will be
"rigged" with the aim of winning Maduro a second six-year term. Henri
Falcon, a member of the opposition MUD coalition, has broken ranks to stand in
