Lawmakers call on Trump to invoke "anti-Russia" law to punish Nicaraguan officials

Cuban-American lawmakers are calling on President Donald Trump to consider punishing two top Nicaraguan officials for alleged human rights violations under a so-called “anti-Russia” law. Florida Rep.
