Venezuela’s Opposition Governors-elect Defy Regime, Risking Destitution

The Venezuelan opposition, represented by the Democratic Unity Roundtable, announced that its five elected gubernatorial candidates will not be sworn in before Nicolás Maduro’s illegitimate Constituent National Assembly.
