Colombian, Chilean Lawmakers File Lawsuit to ICC Against Venezuelan President
According
to the lawmaker, the lawsuit contains 56 pages describing possible crimes
committed by the president of Venezuela, which could fall under the Rome
Statute. "This is done so that the Office of the Prosecutor of the court
in The Hague learned about the facts and situations that could be crimes within
the competence of this court, such as ordering of murders, enforced
deportations or relocation, illegal imprisonment or detention, torture,
persecution of certain groups or collectives and enforced disappearance of
