Spain Says Solution for Venezuela Must Come from Latin America, Not Elsewhere

Spain believes the solution to the problem that Venezuela is going through, and that has left 75 people dead over the past 80 days of protests, must come from Latin America itself and not from outside the region. “Within the Organization of American States (OAS) or outside of it, it’s important that the region find its own solution, not one imposed from the outside,” said the Spanish secretary of state for international cooperation and Ibero-America, Fernando Garcia Casas.
