With the ongoing violence in Venezuela,
it’s extremely important to see the value in the U.S. providing aid. U.S. Sens.
Marco Rubio and Bill Nelson of Florida introduced a bill to provide Venezuela
with $10 million for food and medicine. Not only is this a human rights issue,
it’s also a matter of national security. We’re aware of what’s going on in
different areas of the world, and we should use that knowledge to help.
