Is Venezuela Taking a Non-Electoral Path?

The four members of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) who make up the board of directors of the National Electoral Council (CNE) gave another demonstration of their loyalty and subservience to those ruling Venezuela and set conditions for the “renewal” of credentials of the political parties that are very difficult to meet.
