Lynchings Jump 650% in Venezuela in 2016


A major rise in lynchings in Venezuela last year reflects the degradation of a country in multi-layered turmoil. Sixty-five lynchings occurred in Venezuela as of September 2016, according to official data obtained off the record by InSight Crime.
