Air Canada has enlisted the help of the
World Bank's arbitral body to resolve a dispute with Venezuela over money in
the country that is allegedly owed to the airline, a spokesman confirmed
Monday. The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes
registered the request for arbitration on Jan. 13 and published the notice
Monday. The institution did not provide any details on the nature of the claim,
