Air Canada Targets Venezuela Over 'Blocked' Funds


Air Canada has enlisted the help of the World Bank's arbitral body to resolve a dispute with Venezuela over money in the country that is allegedly owed to the airline, a spokesman confirmed Monday. The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes registered the request for arbitration on Jan. 13 and published the notice Monday.
