Russia on Venezuela: The only basis to solve problems is the Constitution

Observance of the Constitution and laws “is the only basis to resolve internal issues of Venezuela,” according to a communiqué from the Russian Embassy in Caracas. The mission termed “unacceptable” any action “outside the law, as well as foreign pressure” to speed up the removal of President Nicolás Maduro from office.
