Peru will propose activating the
Organization of American States (OAS) Inter-American Democratic Charter to
address Venezuela's situation, President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski announced today.
The measure aims at strengthening democratic institutional character, as well
as preparing humanitarian aid shipments to the Bolivarian country. Coordinations will be made along with Heads of
State and Government, who attend the 25th Ibero-American Summit in Cartagena de
