asked U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry to help create an alliance of
countries to support Venezuela amid their political and economic crisis. “I
spoke with Secretary Kerry yesterday about establishing a group, because there
will come a day when there’s an overnight collapse, when there’s blood in the
streets, and no one will be ready,” Kuczynski said. PPK made the comment during
an interview Thursday with Miami Herald and el Nuevo Herald, in Miami as part
