Venezuela's opposition says authorities are
cracking down on its members on the Caribbean island of Margarita as thousands
of delegates arrive for a summit of the non-aligned movement. The meeting of
the Cold War-era group of 120 nations kicks off Tuesday amid heavy security and
heightened tensions after President Nicolas Maduro's opponents vowed to
