Uruguay and Venezuela calls UN Security Council to meet following the situation in El Gargarat


Uruguay and Venezuela called, Thursday for a meeting of the Security Council to address the situation in the area of ​​El Gargarat following the Moroccan recent violation of cease fire agreement.
