Rep. Joe Garcia: Block Venezuela's sale of US-based Citgo

Florida Democratic Rep. Joe Garcia is calling on the Obama administration to block Venezuela's sale of U.S.-based Citgo Petroleum Corp. A Venezuelan official said earlier this month the country would sell its oil refining and distribution network in the U.S. for the right price. Analysts say the proposal reflects the social government's urgent cash shortage. Garcia is expected to make his announcement alongside Venezuelan leaders in Miami on Wednesday.
