Gov't describes OAS' appointed rapporteur for Venezuela as pinochetist

In a statement issued by Venezuelan Ambassador to the Organization of American States, Roy Chaderton Matos, at the headquarters of the regional organization, the official said, "Despite claims and both reasoned and proved complaints submitted by the Permanent Mission of Venezuela at the OAS, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) has ratified Chilean Felipe González, a cripto-pinochetist and a member of the mafia of ‘experts' on human rights from the American University, Washington DC."
