s It Still Possible for Venezuela to Win?

As it was recently recalled by Fernando Mires in one of his witty articles published by TalCual in the past, more than an act of generosity from one or two political sides, dialogues are way to solve a conflict through a pacific negotiation that is convenient for both of the parties involved. Negotiations between the FARC revolutionary forces and President Juan Manuel Santos in Colombia are a way to offer the rebels an honorable surrender rather than a military defeat and a way for Santos to rule a pacified country. Who wins here? Colombia, naturally. Such insight turns out to be more realistic to give it a thought and perhaps could encourage dialogue in Venezuela in a bid to put an end to a harmful polarization that has affected the nation for 15 years.
