OPEC: Venezuela's oil output down 0.71% in 2013

Venezuela's oil production in 2013 suffered a slight setback, with the oil output below that of 2012. The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) stated in a monthly report that Venezuela's oil output in December 2013 hit 2.89 million barrels per day (bpd).
