Inflation in Venezuela leads to increased printing of bills

While prices climb rapidly in Venezuela, lower denomination bills fall into disuse. Meanwhile, VEB 50-100 bills are more commonly used by citizen. Official data shows that the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) increased by 47.5% and 42% the number of VEB-100 and VEB-50 bills circulating in the economy, respectively.
