Dialogue, Violence in Venezuela

The Government insists that murder rates in Venezuela are going down every time and also that they stand at 39 murders per 100,000 inhabitants, which is still quite high. The Venezuelan Violence Observatory says these figures are actually twice as much, thus putting the country among the top 5 most violent in the world. So we know for sure who is telling the truth here.
