On charges of "systematic"
violation of the human rights of Venezuelan demonstrators against the
Venezuelan government, a group of Latin American lawmakers has requested the
International Court of Justice to sue President Nicolás Maduro. The new was
given by Peruvian opposition congresswoman Cecilia Chacón to a Peruvian TV
channel. She also said that the public prosecutor of the court based in The
Hague (Netherlands) was requested to launch an enquiry into the Venezuelan
